We review applications on a rolling basis, focusing on your passion, topic clarity, and alignment with our event. Once spots are filled and deposits are paid, additional applicants are placed on a waitlist.

There is a posted deadline, but applications are accepted and reviewed as they come in. Because spaces are limited, we encourage you to apply now.

You’ll step onto a professionally staged set, deliver your talk, and capture high-quality video and photos. After your talk, you will take your headshots and additional brand photography. You’ll also connect with a supportive community of speakers, and participate as an audience member during the remaining speakers' presentations.

You will have 5-minutes to deliver your talk in a TedX-style format. You will have 20 PowerPoint slides set to automatically advance every 15 seconds. We provide a live, supportive audience consisting of other speakers and event attendees (bring your support team!) to create authentic energy for your reel.

Yes, our team offers pre-event guidance (including 2 online rehearsals) to help you refine your talk and ensure you’re confident when you step on stage.

We recommend professional attire that reflects your personal brand. Neutral tones or bold solids photograph best. 

You’ll receive a cinematic-quality, edited reel of your entire talk (from 3 cameras) AND a 1-2 minute speaker reel professionally edited with your name, title, logo, and other branding elements that you provide. Your reel also includes licensing costs for music used, and you will get instructions on how to upload your reel to different sites. You are able to send additional speaker clips to include for an additional $300 - paid directly to the videographer.

Yes, once delivered, your video and photos are yours to use across your website, social media, and marketing.

Speaker reels will be delivered the week of March 2-6, 2026. Speakers will receive their reels based on the order in which they completed registration (paid in full).

Yes. Two round of revisions are included for each asset to ensure your assets reflect you perfectly.

We are asking everyone to pay in 2 equal payments - 50% upon acceptance as a deposit, and then full payment within 4 weeks.

Our inaugural event is hosted in Houston, TX, with plans to expand to other cities in future years.
